DCESS Clothing is a South African semi-luxury clothing brand founded in 2017 by Kgoerano Kekana, initially targeting middle-class women, abbreviated “De-Classe, Elegente, Sleek and Sofisticate”; an Italian inspired name, imaginative of Italian fashion sense. We offered to our market, latest Classy trends, exquisitely Elegant environments and uniquely Sleek and Sophisticated garments and service.
With a new identity and expansion now known as DCESS BoPedi. This expansion and re-branding referred to as “DCESS BoPedi” is deeply inspired by the rich and colourful Sepedi/Bapedi cast, bearing its artwork, reed instruments and pottery. Its displaying of fashion borrows from the bold appearance of the cultural attire and craft that demonstrates the proudness of our African heritage through our Bapedi prints.
